As the inaugural male board member and Governance Chair at Leadership Advancement for Women and Sport (LAWS), Renaud made a profound difference in the regional sport community. He not only represented LAWS to predominantly male driven boards but was able to create and implement diversity and inclusion policies, which were adopted by many sports entities throughout Windsor-Essex County. Renaud looks forward to enhancing developmental opportunities for the female population through the Separate School Board toward becoming leaders of tomorrow.
